”I had always heard and thus thought, that Rolf Structural Integration was a painful experience. I couldn't understand why friends of mine were so keen on getting painful bodywork. Well just about a year ago I experienced my first Structural Integration session with Lesa Sol and I was surprised to find that it wasn't the painful experience other people made it out to be. As a matter of fact, it was one of the best bodywork sessions I had ever had.
